RS Superior is a Cape Cod pavement company working out of South Yarmouth. We install new asphalt, repair pavement that has started to fail, and maintain surfaces that are still sound but need protection. The work is run by the same people who quote it, which keeps the standard consistent from the estimate through the final walkthrough.

Most pavement problems on the Cape are not surface problems. Sandy sub-base, poor drainage, salt exposure, and freeze-thaw movement do the damage; the cracking and crumbling you see is the result. We assess what is happening underneath before recommending a treatment, because a surface product applied over a base problem buys months, not years.
